Airbridge is ​seeking a ​driven ​and accomplished Business ​Development Representative ​to accelerate our growth in Vietnam’s fast-evolving mobile marketing landscape. In this pivotal role, the BDR will spearhead strategic business initiatives, cultivate high-value partnerships, and close impactful deals that strengthen Airbridge’s market presence.


The BDR will be at the forefront of connecting with leading app and game developers, agencies, and enterprises—offering them cutting-edge measurement, deep linking, and analytics solutions. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge measurement, deep linking, and analytics solutions while shaping how leading Vietnamese companies grow their businesses. 💡 As a Business Development Representative, you will..

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets by generating qualified leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and strategic networking.
  • Identify and approach relevant decision-makers. (digital, procurement, innovation, operations,..)
  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships with mobile app developers, gaming studios, agencies, and enterprise advertisers. 
  • Build regional contact lists and continuously enrich outreach strategies based on traction and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance—to design and execute localized go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities. Provide data-driven market insights and feedback to internal stakeholders, influencing product direction and business strategy.
  • Act as an ambassador for Airbridge at industry events, conferences, and partner gatherings, enhancing brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Support preparation of pitch materials, meeting agendas, and follow-ups to increase meeting conversion.



💡 We’re looking for talents with..

  • 3+ years of proven success in business development, partnerships, or sales in SaaS, Martech, or AdTech
  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, consultative selling, and closing enterprise-level deals
  • In-depth understanding of the Vietnamese mobile marketing ecosystem and digital advertising channels
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytical tools for pipeline and performance tracking



💡 Optional qualifications are..

  • Experience with mobile attribution platforms (MMPs), DSP, SSP, or performance marketing tools
  • Established network of contacts among app developers, agencies, or ad networks in Vietnam
  • Experience in co-marketing programs, partner enablement, and event-driven lead generation
  • Familiarity with regional markets in Vietnam
